Aspire Estates is a family run residential letting agency that prides itself on providing a personal, friendly and professional service. Our properties are located throughout West Cornwall, where we have now been established for over 10 years. Our head office is located in Long Rock, Penzance and our portfolio ranges from studio flats to 5 bedroom houses along our beautiful coast.
We undertake a simple yet effective advertising strategy to find conscientious tenants who will take good care of your property, pay their rent on time and be respectful neighbours. We personally interview each prospective tenant before embarking on our thorough vetting and reference checks.
We pride ourselves on the longevity of our tenancies and whilst the heart and core of our business is letting residential properties on behalf of their discerning owners, we also offer Property Management services throughout West Cornwall.
We’re proud members of The UK Association of Letting Agents and several governing bodies including the Property Redress Scheme, Deposit Protection Service and the Information Commissioner's office.
